I understand that my booking is for an activity that involves certain inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to:

rough terrain and obstacles

slippery and/or uneven surfaces

falling at edges of cliffs or elsewhere

over-exertion and cardiovascular stress

Altitude sickness

All "act of nature," including but not limited heat, cold and adverse weather conditions. 

By booking the activity I agree that the activity is within my and my groups capabilities and no refund is due for any failure to complete the activity. I also agree that the advertised itinerary is subject to change based on conditions with the guides decision final which I and the rest of my group will abide throughout.

I personally assume all risks in connection with the activities

I understand and agree that neither Maratrek, my guide, nor any of their respective employees, officers, agents, operators, subcontractors or assigns shall be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury, death or other damages to me or my group.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO CHECKING THE BOX CONFIRMING MY AGREEMENT.
